Pure Barre

Yesterday Paige and I went to a Pure Barre class....this was quite a new/different experience for me. Pure Barre is a full body workout that requires small movements...the techniques almost felt like a dance class with little movement, if that makes sense :/ There were lots of small hip moves, pulsing/ pumping legs, torso, and abs.... the music rocked, so it really got me into it! It definitely requires a focus that I could get better at with a little more experience....
